PDE 2026 grants are open: up to €6,000 to digitize your business in Andorra
If you run a business in Andorra and you’ve been thinking about going digital, now is the time. The Programa per a la Digitalització de l’Empresa (PDE) 2026 grants are open as of April 8, and the Government has set aside €500,000 in subsidies to help SMEs and freelancers implement digital solutions.
One important detail: in 2025, the €700,000 budget ran out after just 229 applications. Grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, so waiting is not a great strategy. If you’re reading this, you’re still on time — but that window won’t stay open forever.
What’s new in 2026
This year’s program brings some interesting changes. The biggest one: the restaurant sector is now a standalone category. Previously, restaurants were either excluded or had to squeeze into generic categories. Now they have their own dedicated block of services, designed specifically for them.
The list of eligible services has also expanded across all sectors. You can now apply for help with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, electronic payments, and digital menus, among others.
There’s another change worth noting: the program now has three subsidy tiers based on the type of service:
- 50% of the cost for artificial intelligence and cybersecurity services
- 45% for business intelligence and cloud
- 30% for everything else (website, SEO, e-commerce, training, etc.)
The more strategic the service, the higher the subsidy. The Government wants Andorran businesses to invest in AI and digital security, and they’re putting their money where their mouth is.
How much can you get
The maximum grant depends on the size of your company:
| Size | Employees | Maximum grant |
|---|---|---|
| Micro | 1-5 | Up to €6,000 |
| Small | 6-25 | Up to €5,500 |
| Medium | 26-100 | Up to €4,000 |
| Large | 100+ | Up to €3,000 |
Micro-businesses get the most support, which makes sense — they’re the ones that need the biggest push to digitize.
